Thelma "Tee" Taylor
UPDATE: JUNE, 2011
I'm back in my home in Tucson and finally retired. Both of my sons, three grandchildren, and one great-grandchild (now 5)live in Tucson.
I have dogs and cats that keep me company and make me get some exercise. It is a gentle life at the moment. No motorcycling (it's broken), but getting my parachute safety-checked and packed and plan on making a few jumps. No one in my life to share adventures with
at this time. Maybe my Spirits thought I needed the rest.
Editor's note: Tee has been selected as a 2011 INDUCTEE AT NAT'L SKYDIVING HALL OF FAME: INFO
UPDATE, NOV. 2009:
I've moved to Phoenix, crazy - huh? I'm working for Maricopa County, same Chief Appraiser job I did for City of Tucson before I retired. I'll return to Tucson in a few years - I still have a house there. And, of course, my heart will always be there.

Give me a call if you're in the Phoenix area, or even if you're not. 520-360-0602 I kept my Tucson cell number.
Loved seeing so many at the reunion. Sorry I didn't have more time to spend with everyone.

ORIGINAL POSTING, 2004
Went to seek my fortune at 20 - Dallas, Seattle, North Carolina. After a dozen years, having not found it, I
returned to Tucson. Travels include Germany, India &
China with the US Parachute team as a competitor or
Team Leader. Other places for scuba diving, skiing,
or just for fun.
Family:
Both parents deceased for about ten years. Have two sons and four grandchildren. Married two years to a wild Buryat/Mongolian Russian. His English is finally
getting better. Have three large dogs that won't let
me sleep past 5 a.m. because they want their walk -
and my nether region is still overample. Maybe that's
because the three cats anchor me to a chair whenever
possible so they can sit on me. And, no, I'm not
going to talk about all of my ex-husbands here.
Career:
Nineteen years with the City of Tucson - am Chief
Appraiser. Still have broker's license - may sell
again when I retire.
Beliefs:
Life is good. My God and my spirits who care about me and for me have been good to me, and I am grateful.
Avocations:
Still skydiving, motorcycling, scuba, - some golf,
hiking. Love the symphony and opera. Still going on
adventures. Been volunteering as a mediator for
almost 15 years - for City and Community agency. Give
time to Komen Foundation, Neighborhood association,
misc. charities.
